Living and working in China gave me a different perspective on collaboration, communication and product development. Combined with nearly 15 years across startups and global corporations, it continues to shape how I work today.

I’m based in Munich, Germany. My interest in longevity and evidence-based performance goes beyond theory. Studying how the body adapts to stress and recovery sharpened how I operate in high-pressure environments: Managing intensity, making clear decisions, and sustaining performance over time.
